CHINO, California, September 27, 2021 — Vitajoy, an industry leader, confirms the start of construction on a brand new 270,000 sq ft building in China that will serve as their manufacturing and full R&D facility to house their pills, powders, capsules, and gummies production. Once considered an “ingredient supply company,” is now one of the largest manufacturers in the world.

This new manufacturing facility is going to be a game-changer for our company and customers where we now have the ability to control quality while improving lead times and lowering cost.”
With all-new state-of-the-art machinery, Vitajoy can dramatically ramp up their output for customers across the globe to meet the high demands of the nutraceutical, cosmetic, pet nutrition, and dietary supplement industries.
As such, Vitajoy has the capacity to produce around 2,000,000,000 softgels, 200,000,000 capsules, and 700,000,000 tablets annually — with powder and gummy production also seeing a dramatic increase.
This new Vitajoy facility will provide the company with the ability to expand into new markets as well as expand their current by being able to work on new formulations and concepts according to a customer’s wants and needs.
To separate themselves from other manufacturers, Vitajoy announced their new facility will have a full-scale testing lab, which can be used to test materials they produce in-house as well as materials they purchase through vendors that will then be sent to the United States.
Upon completion of the facility, Vitajoy will look to obtain ISO, GMP, KOSHER, HALA, and BRC credentials. Completion of the project is expected to be in Q2 of 2022.
